A Farewell to FELLERS

I was watching ARE YOU BEING SERVED, a brit-com, several years back . One of the characters, Captain Peacock, I believe, says at one point, " We should never have pulled out of Suez !" ! While neither of these guys is British or Egyptian, this Toon IS the 'Spawn' of that comment ! :-)
